经终板入路显微切除视交叉后颅咽管瘤

The translamina terminalis approach for microsurgical resection of retrochiasmatic craniopharyngiomas

目的 探讨视交叉后颅咽管瘤的手术入路和显微手术技巧。方法 采用终板入路显微切除颅咽管瘤 7例。结果 所有病例皆达全切除 ,效果良好。随访 2个月～ 2年未见肿瘤复发。结论 应用熟练的显微技巧 ,经终板入路彻底切除视交叉后颅咽管瘤对下丘脑无明显损伤 。

Objective To study the operative approach and microsurgical technique on retrochiasmatic craniopharyngiomas.Methods 7 cases of retrochiasmatic craniopharyngioma were studied.The translamina terminalis approach was used to resect these tumors via microsurgical technique.Results Total resection was performed for all cases,and all patients had good results.None recurred case was found during the follow-up period of 2 months to 2 years.Conclusion The craniopharyngiomas at retrochiasmatic region may be totally resected by experienced microsurgical technique and the translamina terminalis approach.It does not usually produce hypothalamic deficiency using these techniques,and good results may be secured.
