颅脑损伤后脑组织中IL-8的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究兔脑损伤后不同阶段脑组织中中性粒细胞 (PMNL)和IL 8的变化 ,探讨两者与继发性脑损伤的关系。方法 采用自由落体兔脑损伤模型 ,形态学动态观察不同阶段脑组织中PMNL出现、聚集、浸润变化及IL 8产生变化情况 ,同时观察抗IL 8单抗治疗后两者的变化。结果 正常脑组织内无PMNL浸润 ,IL 8亦无阳性表达。伤后 2小时 ,IL 8就有弱阳性表达 ,PMNL于伤后 6小时才出现 ,两者于伤后 2 4小时达高峰 ,48小时后明显减弱。抗IL 8单抗治疗后 ,脑组织中IL 8无表达 ,PMNL浸润也明显减少 (P <0 0 1)。结论 IL 8作为中性粒细胞趋化因子 ,趋化诱导PMNL在组织中聚集、浸润。IL 8表达强度与PMNL的浸润情况呈正相关。颅脑损伤后早期给予抗IL 8单抗治疗 ,可抑制IL 8的表达 ,减少组织中PMNL的浸润 。
