巴曲酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病前后的脑血流动力学变化

摘要 目的 观察巴曲酶 (DF 5 2 1)对急性缺血性脑血管病治疗前、后的脑血流动力学改变。方法  2 8例经颅多普勒 (TCD)仪检测为脑血管狭窄 ,且经临床、CT和 (或 )MRI检查证实为短暂性脑缺血发作、脑梗死 ,于DF 5 2 1治疗前、后检测脑血流速度及了解大脑前动脉 (ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)的侧枝循环状况。结果 本组病例于治疗后 ,狭窄处MCA血流速下降 ,ACA、PCA参与侧枝循环 ,ACA、PCA血流速代偿性增加 ,与健侧相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。 2 4例神经系统功能缺损均有不同程度好转 ,总有效率达 85 .7% ,尤其是起病 6小时内治疗者 ,神经功能评分有显著统计学意义 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 DF 5 2 1早期治疗急性缺血性脑血管病有效 ,能降低纤维蛋白原 。
