血康糖浆治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床研究

Clinical Investigation on Treatment of Child Ischemic Anemia with Xuekang Capsule

目的 探讨血康糖浆治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效及对大鼠营养不良所致缺铁性贫血影响的作用机理。方法将 78例缺铁性贫血患儿随机分为 2组 ,分别口服血康糖浆及西药速力菲 ,观察临床疗效 ,并检测治疗前后血红蛋白等的含量 ;对实验大鼠进行给药前后RBC值和Hb含量、血清铁含量、总铁结合率测定。结果 观察组总有效率 ( 87.5 % ) ,明显高于对照组 ( 70 % ) ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血康糖浆能明显升高缺铁性贫血大鼠RBC值和Hb含量 ,血清铁含量 ,总铁结合率降低。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the therapeutic effect of Xuekang Capsule in the treatment of child ischemic anemia and the mechanism of its effect on ischemic anemia of rats due to malnutrition. METHOD 78 children with ischemic anemia were divided randomly into 2 groups, who took Xuekang Capsule and western medicine respectively. Ferrohemoglobin and other indexes were determined before and after the treatment. Determination on RBC value, the content of serum iron and the association rate of total iron was made on experimental rats before and after drug administration. RESULT The total effective rates obtained in the observation group and the control group were 87.5% and 70% respectively, with marked difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Xuekang Capsule could markedly increase the RBC value, Hb content, serum iron and association rate of total iron in rats. CONCLUSION Xuekang Capsule is effective for child ischemic anemia.
