摘要
目的 通过考察无机陶瓷膜微滤对中药水提液物理化学性质的影响 ,探索中药水提液复杂体系在无机陶瓷膜分离过程中的微观表现。方法 测定膜分离前后生地黄、黄芪水提液的pH、浊度、固含物、电导率、ξ电位等指标。 结果 生地黄pH值在 4 .5 5~4 .6 9之间 ,浊度由膜前的 1 4 0NTU降至膜后的 0 .1 6 5NTU ,而截留液的浊度上升至 5 86NTU ,固含物由5 2 .8g/L变为渗透液的 4 6 .0g/L和截留液的 5 4 .5g/L ,电导由 1 30 0 μs/cm下降至 1 2 0 0 μs/cm ;黄芪的pH值在 5 .5 8~5 .98,浊度由膜前的 376NTU降至膜后的 1 .2NTU ,而截留液的浊度上升至 877NTU ,固含物由 2 8.6g/L变为渗透液的2 3.5g/L和截留液的 2 8.9g/L ,电导由 1 4 30 μs/cm下降至 1 2 70 μs/cm。 结论 生地黄、黄芪水提液在膜分离前后的pH、浊度、固含物、电导率及
OBJECTIVE To explore into the performance of the complex system of Chinese drug extracts in the process of separation with inorganic ceramic membrane. METHOD Determination of the pH value, tubidity, conductivity, ξ potential, etc. of the extract of Radix Rehmanniae Glutinosae and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari was performed. RESULT The pH value of Radix Rehmanniae Glutinosae was between 4.55~4.69; the turbidity decreased from 140 NTU to 0.165 NTU, but the turbidity of the trapped liquid rose to 586 NTU; the conductivity dropped from 1 300 μs/cm to 1 200 μs/cm; the pH value of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari was between 5.85~5.98; the turbidity decreased from 376 NTU to 1.2 NTU, but the turbidity of the trapped liquid rose to 877 NTU, the conductivity dropped from 1 430 μs/cm to 1 270 μs/cm. CONCLUSION The various parameters of Radix Rehmanniae Glutinosae and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari assume different characteristics.
