中西降糖复方的增效减毒实验研究

Experimental Study on Increasing Efficacy and Reducing Toxic Substance in Compound Prescription for Reducing Blood Sugar

目的 与单纯降糖药比较 ,观察中西降糖复方在降糖与毒性方面的影响作用。方法 利用四氧嘧啶型高血糖大鼠模型 ,观察中西降糖复方对高血糖、正常血糖和胰岛素的影响以及对小鼠的毒性作用。结果 中西降糖复方的降糖作用有明显增强 ,能缓解高血糖带来的高脂血症等不良反应 ,且药物的毒性作用大大降低。结论 中西降糖复方有明显的增效减毒作用 ,中西药合用在治疗糖尿病防治毒副反应方面具有一定的优越性。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of the compound prescription for reducing blood sugar and toxins, as compared with simple drugs for reducing blood sugar. METHOD The alloxan type of rat models with hyperglycemia were used in the investigation to observe the effect of the compound prescription for reducing blood sugar on hyperglycemia, normal blood sugar and insulin, and its toxic effect on mice. RESULT The compound prescription for reducing blood sugar had markedly enhanced effect, could relieve hyperlipemia caused by hyperglycemia and its toxicity was greatly reduced. CONCLUSION The compound prescription for reducing blood sugar had better effect in increasing efficacy and reducing toxic substances. The combination of Chinese medicine with western medicine brings about satisfactory effect in the treatment of diabetes and prevention of the occurrence of toxic side effects.
