Treatment of penetrating injurys of chest: 320 cases report

目 的 探讨胸部穿透伤诊断和治疗。方法 总结 32 0例胸部穿透伤的治疗。结果 全组治愈 316例 ,死亡 4例。3例为心脏损伤 ,死于失血性休克 2例 ,心力衰竭 1例 ;另 1例死于枪伤失血性休克。结论 胸部穿透伤最多见的临床表现是血气胸 ,在处理胸部穿透伤时需要注意是否有延迟性血气胸、隐性心脏损伤、胸腹联合伤等。电视胸腔镜在处理胸部穿透伤有其独到之处。

Objective To discuss the diagnose and treatment of penetrating injuries of the chest. Methods To summarize the treatment of 320 patients occured penetrating injuries of the chest. Results 316 patients were healed,3 patients died of heart injury and hemorrhagic shock heart failure,one patient died of gun wound. Conclusion Hematopneumothorax is the most clinical behave of penetrating injuries of the chest,the delayed hematopneumothorax,latent heart injury, thoracoabdominal trauma should be emphasized at the time for treatment of penetrating injuries of the chest.Video assisted thoracosopic surgery is valurable for treatment of penetrating injuries of the chest.
