电视胸腔镜辅助肺切除术

Lobectomy by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery

目的 介绍 2 6例胸腔镜辅助肺切除手术的体会。方法 1999～ 2 0 0 1年用胸腔镜辅助完成肺切除术 2 6例 ,其中原发性肺癌 16例、支气管扩张 4例、炎性假瘤 3例、结核瘤 2例、错构瘤 1例。结果 本组术后无死亡发生 ,1例再次开胸止血 ,1例中转开胸完成手术。结论 电视胸腔镜辅助的肺切除术方法可行 ,具有创伤小、恢复快的优点 ,但对肺部恶性肿瘤的远期疗效应进一步观察。

Objective The aim was to introduce the technique of lobectomy with video assisted thoracicscopic surgery. Methods 16 cases of lung cancer, 4 cases of bronchiectasis, 3 cases of Inflammatory pseudotumor, 1 cases of hamartoma and 2 cases of tuberculoma were underwent lobectomy from May, 1999 to Dec, 2001. Results There were no mortality associated with the procedure. But 1 cases was re operated to stanch bleeding and 1 case's incision was extended. Conclusion Lobectomy by video assisted thoracoscopic surgery was reliable and with the advantages of less invasiveness, recovery fast, and fewer complication. The long term effect for the lung malignant tumor need to verify.
