重症肌无力危象的外科治疗

The surgical treatment for crisis of myasthenia gravis

目的 探讨重症肌无力危象的外科治疗及围手术期处理。方法 我科自 1999年 2月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月共急诊施行重症肌无力危象的外科治疗 8例。其中恶性胸腺瘤 4例 ,胸腺增生 4例。结果 术后 1例死亡于重症肺部感染 ,其余 7例随访疗效满意 ,症状完全缓解 4例 ,症状改善 2例 ,症状反复 1例。结论 外科手术是治疗重症肌无力危象的方法之一。

Objective To analyze operative method and prognosis of thymectomy for treatment of crisis of myasthenia gravis. Methods Eight patients suffering from crisis of myasthenia gravis were treated by emergency thymectomy between Feb,1999 to Dec,2001. Result One case died at early stage postoperation.Complete improvement was obtained in 4 cases,partial improvement in 3 cases,but one patient relapsed. Conclusion Emergency thymectomy is the treatment of choice for crisis of myasthenia gravis.
