卫氏并殖吸虫病患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β和NO水平的变化

摘要 目的 检测卫氏并殖吸虫病患者血清TNF α、IL 1β和NO水平。方法 分别收集 2 0例卫氏并殖吸虫病患者和健康志愿者血清 ,用试剂盒分别检测血清TNF α、IL 1β和NO水平。结果 卫氏并殖吸虫病患者血清TNF α、IL 1β和NO水平显著升高。结论 TNF α、IL 1β和NO在宿主抗卫氏并殖吸虫的保护性免疫中起重要作用。 Objective To detect TNF α,IL 1β and NO in sera of patients with paragonimiasis.Methods 20 sera of patients with paragonimiasis and health volunteers were gathered respectively to detect levels of TNF α,IL 1β and NO by kits rspectively. Results Levels of TNF α,IL 1β and NO in sera of patients with paragonimiasis increased obviously.Conclusion TNF α,IL 1β and NO May play an important role in host's protective immunity against Paragonimus westermani.
