半导体激光器模分配噪声的实验研究

Analysis and Experiments of Mode Partition Noise of Semiconductor Lasers

本文分析比较了半导体激光器(SL)模分配系数的各种测量方法。提出了测试条件最接近LD实际工作条件的统计比较法。在560 Mbit/s单模光纤传输系统上对SL模分配噪声进行了测试。

Several methods used in measurement of mode partition noise of semiconductor lasers (SL) are analyzed and compared. A novel measurement method, statistical comparison method, is presented. Mode partition noise of SL is measured on 560 Mbit/s single mode optical fiber transmission system.
