根管预备及充填方法对根尖封闭性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of root canal preparation and filling techniques on apical sealing ability.

摘要 目的:比较4种不同根管预备法在分别采用传统侧压充填、热侧压充填时的根尖封闭性能。方法:本实验采用机动镍钛器械Profile、手用不锈钢器械、声波及超声波器械预备80颗人单根管离体牙后,分别以传统侧压和热侧压充填根管。采用染料渗入法检测根尖孔微渗漏情况,比较根尖封闭能力。结果:4种不同方法备根后,传统侧压充植根尖微渗漏长度的结果为(x±s):镍钛器械Profile为(0.67±0.22)mm;手动不锈钢器械为(1.55±0.78)mm;声波器械为(1.50±0.53)mm;超声波器械为(1.56±0.36)mm;镍钛器械Profile与其它3种器械的充填根尖微渗漏长度比较,P<0.01;而其它3种器械的比较,均P>0.05。热侧压充填根尖微渗漏长度的结果为(x±s):镍钛器械Profile为(0.63±0.16)mm;手用不锈钢器械为(0.69±0.19)mm;声波器械为(0.73±0.27)mm;超声波(0.72±0.33)mm;4种器械的充填根尖微渗漏长度比较,P>O.05。结论:①以传统侧压充填,机动镍钛器械Profile预备组的封闭性能优于手用不锈钢器械、声波及超声波器械预备;②以热侧压充填,则各组间根尖封闭能力无明显差异;③热侧压充填根尖的封闭能力优于传统的侧压充填。 Objective:To compare apical sealing ability of two obturation methods after four root canal preparation techniques.Methods:80 extracted human teeth with single root were prepared using Profile rotary instruments,stainless steel (SS) RT hands files,shaper sonic files,ultrasonic K files and filled with traditional lateral condensation and warm gutta percha lateral condensation respectively.Apical microleakage was determined by using dye infiltration methods.Results:The mean values of dye penetration depth of traditional lateral condensation after these four root canal preparation techniques were (x±s):Profile rotary instruments (0.67±0.22) mm;SS RT hands files (1.55±0.78) mm;shaper sonic files (1.50±0.53) mm;ultrasonic K files (1.56±0.36) mm (P<0.01) The mean values of dye penetration depth of warm gutta percha lateral condensation were:(0.63±0.16) mm,(0.69±0.19) mm,(0.73±0.27) mm and (0.72±0.33) mm (P>0.05) Conclusion:Profile rotary instruments produce better apical seal than SS RT hands files,shaper sonic files or ultrasonic K flies using traditional later condensation.There is no difference among four root canal preparation techniques using warm lateral condensation.The apical sealing ability of warm gutta percha lateral condensation is superior to traditional lateral condensation.
