Progress in Procoagulant Effect of Thrombolytic and Anticoagulant Therapy in Acute Myocardial Infarction
摘要
国外学者从三方面对溶栓剂促凝血作用进行了研究 :1.确定了能较准确反映凝血活性的特异性分子标记物检测指标。2 .在探讨溶栓后凝血活性增强的机制方面 ,证实纤溶酶可在无带负电异物表面的血液中激活激肽释放酶 -因子 系统 ,进而导致凝血酶激活。 3 .为抗凝剂的使用提供了理论依据 。
