摘要
目前对铅蓄电池产品性能要求的指标越来越高 ,主要表现为体积小、质量轻、比能量高等方面。影响起动用铅蓄电池性能的因素很多 ,本实验仅就涂膏式极板厚度的配比、极板的中心距、板栅与活物质的配比这 3方面对电池性能的影响进行了研究和探讨。实验结果表明 ,适当增加正、负极板厚度的配比、减少中心距和尽可能提高活物质的利用率 ,对提高蓄电池性能大有好处 ,设计者在设计蓄电池时应综合考虑各方面因素 ,使蓄电池达到最佳的性能。
There are lots of factors influencing the performance of starting batteries.In this experiment it has been studied and discussed just from the following effeting factors,i.e.the thickness ratio of positive and negative plates; the center distance between plates and the proportion of grid to active material.The results show that it is advantageous to improve the performance of starting batteries by increasing the thickness ratio of plates properly and utilization of active material to the full extent as well as reducing the center distance between plates.
