摘要
本文研究了元件卷制净化间内净化度值大小的影响因素 ,并通过采取措施从根本上解决了影响净化度值大小的因素 ,特别是解决了压缩空气对净化度值大小的影响 ,使元件净化间内净化度值得到了明显地提高 ,保证了产品的质量。
Factors influencing the cleanliness in the clean room for manufacturing elements are analysed. The problems caused by factors influencing cleanliness are solved, especially the problem caused by compressed air. The cleanliness is improved evidently, which ensures the quality of production.
