Fault Diagnosis of Memory for the Communication in SPC Switching System

本文讨论了程控数字交换机中处理机间通信通道存储器的可诊断性,提出了可进行自动测试机间通信存储器的电路设计方案和故障诊断算法,完善了机间通信存储器的自动测试和故障诊断。

In this paper, the diagnosability of memory for the communication between the line processor and the call processor in SPC switching system is discussed. A circuit design and an algorithm for fault diagnosis of this memory are presented. The circuit design and algorithm given here can resolve the automatic test and diagnosis of memery for the communication
