伺服电机驱动的电脑刻绘机控制系统的设计与实现

摘要 文章在分析刻绘机工作原理、控制需求及任务特点的基础上 ,提出了双 CPU实现的总体方案。兼顾精度、速度、有效性及可靠性 ,进行了控制系统软硬件设计 ,给出了硬件实现技术方案及软件流程框图。 Based on the analysis of principle of operation,control requirement and function characteristics for carving machine,the total implementation scheme with two CPUs is put forward in this paper.Considering the factors of precision,quickness,validity and reliability together,not only the hardware and software architecture for its control systems is given,but the technical diagram of hardware and the flow chart of software as well.Real application has proven that the control scheme mentioned above is correct and practical.
