This article briefed the configuration and working principle of MB9000dual signal flame monitor,analyzed some typical problems existing in the boiler flame monitors used in Huaneng Dalian Power Plant phase II project,as well as the appropriate measures taken and improvement.LY2000intelligent image flame monitor device can meet the requirement of boiler flame -lass protection function.It is concluded that the quality of flame monitor device directly affects the normal operation of boiler flame -loss protection and safe running of the boiler,therefore to retrofit or replace the low quality flame monitor device earlier is extremely necessary.
