摘要
提出了结构设计与施工中常见的错误配筋问题。分析其原因 ,首先是钢筋锚固长度不够 ,未能伸入到支座核心区而位于保护层内 ,其锚固是不可靠的 ;再者是梁、板主筋位置不准确、钢筋搭接位置不正确 ,导致构件承载力不足发生质量事故。指出只有精心设计、精细施工 。
The common reinforcement errors in structural design and construction are proposed. The reasons are analyzed. One is anchored length is short, so the bars cannot dip in the center area of support. This cause unreliable anchoring. Second is the inaccurate main steel bars' position of beam or plate or wrong bonding position of steel bars causing the reduce of bearing strength. Through elaborative design and careful construction those quality problems can be avoided.
