浅谈ABS管材的安装施工工艺

结合山西省铝材厂污水处理工程实践 ,介绍了ABS管材的组成 ,所具有的工程特性及其在铝厂污水处理系统废酸系统中的运用。着重阐述了ABS管材的施工工艺、粘接工艺。指出管材在粘接过程中应注意的问题以及接口损坏时应采取的补救办法。

Combined with the sewage treatment engineering of Shanxi aluminum factory the composition of ABS tubing,its engineering character and its application in sewage treatment system are introduced.The construction technology and adhesive technology are mainly elaborated. At the same time the matters needing attention in adhesive process and remedial measures for ports' breakage are pointed out.
