泵送混凝土以其作业速度快、劳动强度小、生产率高等优点 ,在大型混凝土施工中得到了广泛应用 ,但在泵送过程中经常会发生堵管现象 ,对堵管现象产生的原因进行了分析与探讨 ,认为泵送混凝土的质量是造成堵管的主要因素。并针对泵送混凝土质量方面存在的三大问题 。

Because of its advantages such as fast job speed,small labour intensity and high productivity,the pump concrete is widely applied in largescale concrete construction. But the pipeline plugging always produced in pumping process.This article analyzes and discusses the reason of pipeline plugging.The quality of pump concrete is the main reason causing the pipeline plugging.At the same time according to the three problems of pump concrete's quality the corresponding settlements are proposed.
