浅谈项目决策与工程造价的关系及影响因素

通过分析项目决策阶段项目决策的内容对项目建设工程造价的影响程度以及项目决策中影响工程造价的主要因素 ,指出了项目投资决策是项目行动的准则。提出只有加强项目决策的深度、采用科学的估算方法及可靠的数据资料 ,合理地进行投资估算 ,保证投资估算打足 ,才能使其它阶段的造价被控制在合理范围内 ,使投资目标能够实现。

Through the analysis on influencing degree of project decision content on engineering cost and main influencing factors on the engineering cost in project decision the project decision are pointed as the criterion of project. Author point out some measures to ensure the cost being controlled in reasonable range and realize the invest goal. Those measures contain intensifying the project decision depth, adopting scientific estimation method and reliable datum and rationally processing investment estimation.
