摘要
以深圳市平湖镇为例 ,通过实地考察和典型小区调查 ,对我国珠江三角洲大城市外围地区城镇流动人口聚居特征进行研究。指出流动人口呈现三种典型聚居形态 :(1)前店后室型 ,(2 )邻厂租住型 ,(3)前厂后宿型。认为流动人口的从业分异是导致其聚居形态差异的主要原因。并对不同聚居形态的流动人口空间分布进行分析 ,发现其具有明显的空间分异性 。
Taking Pinghu town in Shenzhen municipality as a case and based on field survey and model investigation, this paper particularly analyzes the characteristics of floating population in periphery area of metropolitan in the Pearl River Delta. It puts forward three typical habitation patterns: 1. Shopping in front of residing behind, 2. Renting for residing beside factories, 3. Factories in front of dormitories behind, and considers that the diversity of the floating population's job lead to the difference of their habitation. Also, the paper surveys the distribution of the floating population classified with the habitation pattern, and concludes that the floating population had distinct spatial diversity, which shows strong relation with the pattern of land use.
