动力学荧光猝灭法测定污水中的对硝基酚

摘要 建立了动力学荧光法测定对硝基酚的新方法.在盐酸介质中,对硝基酚可以活化钒(V),催化氯酸钾氧化罗丹明6G的反应,使其荧光猝灭.该方法的线性范围为5-50μg/L,检测限为2.5μg/L.回收率为96.5%.可直接用于污水中对硝基酚的测定. A kinetic-fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of nitrophenol in polluted water on oxidation of rhodamine 6G by potassiom chlorate in the presence of vanadium ( V ), which acts as a catalyst in the solution of hydrochloric acid. The linear range of determination is 5 - 50μg/L. The detection limit is 2. 5μg/L, the rate of recovery was 96. 5%. The method has been used to determine the nitrophenol in polluted water.
