变色树蜥皮肤及皮肤感受器的形态学研究

Morphological Studies of the Skin and Skin Sense Receptor of Calotes versicolor

用扫描电镜和半薄切片技术对变色树蜥 (Calotes versicolor )的皮肤及皮肤感受器的表面结构和显微结构进行了观察 ,皮肤感受器是位于鳞片凹窝中的帽状突起 ,其上有粗长的感觉毛 .皮肤感受器皮肤与一般皮肤结构有明显区别 ,其表皮中 β-角质层极薄 ,生发层由 1层高柱状细胞构成 .表皮下有特殊的真皮小体结构 .一般表皮的角皮层和 β-角质层形成网窝状结构 ,且 β-角质层明显增厚 。

With the scanning electron microscopy and semi-thin section at 2 μm,the surface structure and the microstructure of the skin and the skin sense receptor of Calotes versicolor were observed.There is one thick and long hair on the cap-like skin receptor that is localized in the scale pit.The skin structure of the skin sense receptor is markedly differently from the normal skin.In the skin sense receptor area,the β-layer clearly becomes thin and the germinal layer is a layer consisting of some tall columnar cells.There is a specified dermal body under the skin sense receptor epidermis.In the part of normal skin,the Oberhutchen together with β-layer form the netted pits of scale surface and β-layer becomes thick.These are in accordance with its function of protecting the skin from mechanical injury.
