摘要
游离脯氨酸含量的升高和可溶性蛋白的下降均标志着切花的衰老。切花杜鹃 (5 0 mg/ L6-BA+2 0 0 m g/ L 8-HQS+1 0 0 mg/ L CA+2 %蔗糖 )处理后 ,可以明显降低游离脯氨酸上升的幅度和延缓可溶性蛋白降解的速度 。
That free proline accumulation and protein decomposition was regarded as a sensitive sign of overripe cut flower.Having been treatmented by the preservative(50mg/L 6 BA+200mg/L8 HQS+100mg/LCA+2%sucrose),It not only obviously reduced the increment of free proline content,but also slowed the rate of the solube protein decomposition in the cut rhododendra.
