摘要
分析我国房地产市场的发展现状、前景与存在的主要问题 ,以及加入WTO对我国房地产市场产生的主要影响 ,探索应对措施 ,以促进中国房地产市场健康、快速、持续发展。
Analyse the present situation,the prospect and the main problems of real estate market in our country,and the main influence on the real estate after joining WTO.Explore the relative measures to promote Chinese real estate market developing healthily,rapidly and sustainly.
