摘要
对无粘结剂C/C复合材料而言 ,烧结是整个制备工艺过程中最为关键的一个环节 ,烧结制度是否合理直接影响制品的最终质量和性能 .对此 ,分析了影响制品最终质量和性能的主要原因 ,进行了常压烧结和气压烧结两种工艺制度的比较研究 .试验表明 :在 30 0~ 70 0℃之间保持 (0 .7~ 1.7)℃ /min(即 (4 0~ 10 0 )℃ /h)的慢升温速率加压烧结 。
Sintering,as the most important process in preparation of binderless C/C composites,was investigated,in which sintering approach and scheme was closely related with the properties of final product.The main effects on property was analysed.Pressureless sintering and gas pressure sintering processes were compared.Experimental results indicate that slow heating at 0.7-1.7℃/min(or 40-100℃/h)between 300 and 700℃,binderless C/C composites withgood property can be obtained.
