以聚醚 ,马来酐 ,TDI等为原料 ,水为介质 ,在自由基引发剂的作用下 ,引发接枝丁烯二酸 ,将亲水基团直接引入聚醚多元醇 ,合成自乳化聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂 .从而极大地简化了聚氨酯乳液的合成工艺 .结果表明 。
Polyurethane emulsion for leather finish was synthesized by means of polyether,ethylendicarboxylic acid anhydride and TDI etc.Water was medium.Polyether was grafted by means of free radical initiator .Hydrophilic radical was brought on polyether.The synthetic method was simplified very much.It shows that the results are good in properties.
