摘要 爆炸焊接对于钢板的焊接来说是一种经济而有效的新技术、新工艺。在爆炸或冲击荷载作用下 ,钢板间会引起复杂的应力应变状态的变化 ,表现在应力波传播比较复杂。首次利用动光弹法模拟在爆炸或冲击作用下两板间的应力波的传播过程 ,借用应力波理论来分析爆炸焊接中应力波的作用机理 ,证实了两板结合前上板内存在着能量累积过程 ,并结合弹性波动理论和应力——光学定律推导出了理论数值解与条纹级数之间的关系。 Explosive welding is an effective and economical new technique for armor plates. That the complex stress state change is aroused between armor plates under explosive or shock force is expressed by complex stress wave propagation. In this paper, simulating the process of stress wave propagation using dynamic photoelasticity under explosive and shock force between armor plates is discussed for the first time, and explosive welding mechanism is explained by stress wave theory. It is proved that energy cumulation exists before two plates are combined. The relationship between theory numerical solution and fringe orders is derived based on elastic wave theory and stress optical law.
