摘要
根据毒性试验结果 ,选取氯霉素 (SC =4 7.5 5mg/L)、福尔马林 (SC =13.4 7mg/L)、漂精片(SC =3.78mg/L)、敌百虫 (SC=7.79mg/L)和高锰酸钾 (SC=0 .4 2 2mg/L)等 5种药物 ,组合成 2 0mg/L氯霉素 + 30 0mg/L福尔马林、5mg/L漂精片 + 2 0mg/L敌百虫、2 0mg/L氯霉素 + 2 0mg/L敌百虫、5mg/L漂精片 + 30 0mg/L福尔马林和 10mg/L高锰酸钾 5种溶液 ,进行泥螺苗种浸泡消毒试验 ,并对其消毒效果进行评价 .结果显示 ,各种组合药液均能在短时间内明显降低泥螺苗种体表的细菌总量 ,但对不同菌属细菌的杀灭效果不同 .根据细菌数量统计及细菌菌群鉴定分析 ,认为 5mg/L漂精片 + 2 0mg/L敌百虫组合为泥螺苗种的最佳消毒药物 .
According to the result of toxicity test, several disinfectants were selected for the disinfection of larvae Bullacta exarata. The disinfecting effects of different solutions, including 20 mg/L Chloramphenicolum +300 mg/L Liqour formaldehyde, 5 mg/L Bleaching power +20 mg/L Trichlophonus, 20 mg/L Chloramphenicolum +20 mg/L Trichlophonus, 5 mg/L Bleaching power +300 mg/L Lipour formaldehyde and 10 mg/L Potassium Permanganate were examined and discussed in this paper. It was showed that all the solutions used had significant disinfecting effects, while the 5 mg/L Bleaching power +20 mg/L Trichlophonus solution was the most effective disinfectant according to the bacteriological counts and identification.
