摘要
目前DCS计算机仿真已成为新建炼油装置岗位操作人员不可缺少的重要培训手段 ,镇海炼油化工股份有限公司 180万吨 /年的蜡油加氢脱硫和 30 0万吨 /年的柴油加氢精制联合装置的DCS计算机仿真培训系统是最近开发的DCS计算机仿真培训软件 .该系统不但具有仿真逼真度高、培训功能强大 ,而且具有良好的稳定性和开放性的优点 ,本文针对该系统阐述了利用PSSPV1.
DCS computer simulation is an important and necessary training method for operators of the newly built refining unit at present. The simulation training system of the Combined Unit of the 1 800 000 t/y VGO Hydrodesulphurizing Unit and the 3 000 000 t/y Diesel Hydrotreating Unit in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company Ltd. is a newly developed DCS computer simulation training software. This system has the advantage of high fidelity and stability. The main functions and design process developed with PSSP V1.5 Simulation Platform is also discussed.
