摘要
纳米材料由于其特征的结构层次具有表面效应、小尺寸效应、量子尺寸效应 ,宏观量子隧道效应等特性 ,使拥有了一系列新颖的物理和化学特征 ,在众多研究领域中具有非常重要的应用价值。文中结合自己的工作对纳米材料的发展及应用进行了综述。
Nanosized materials have a seris of novel feature of physics and chemistry, because it's characteristic structural ramk orders have surface effect, small dimension effect, quantum dimension effect and macro-quantum tunnel effect, etc. So, nanometer materials have very important applying value in many reseach fields. In this review recent development of applying nanometer materials combined our study has been introduced.
