摘要
根据 10年 ( 1970~ 1979年 ) 65个气象站雨量自记录 ,65 4个一般站气象资料 ,应用地理信息系统 ( GIS)技术 ,研究 0 .0 1%时间百分数的降雨率累计分布 ,包括年平均、季平均、月平均、最坏月的分布 .还探索了对无降雨资料地区进行有效的 1m in降雨率累计分布研究的新方法 ,可作为对 ITU - R Rep.5 63 - 4等的补充 .研究成果可用于毫米波传播计算 。
Based on the statistics of 654 meteorological observatories extending from 1970 to 1979, cumulative distribution of rainfall rate is studied applying geographic information system technology, including rainfall rate exceeding an average of 0 01% for the year, season, month and the worst month. An effective new approach is used to study on the 1 min rainfall rate in the region where no rainfall information is available. This approach can be regarded as a supplement to the ITU R Rep. 563 4 et al. The results can be used to obtain the propagation path loss in frequency bands above 10 GHz and are of importance to radio spectrum management and the design of radio communication systems.
