摘要
公交车用柴油机急加速时因涡轮增压器滞后及机械与气体的惯性影响,造成进气量不足,排气烟度恶化。作者试图通过公交车上的压缩空气系统,对涡轮增压器实施补气和加速的途径来改善柴油机的加速冒黑烟问题。探讨了在公交车上采用压缩空气补气的方案,在D6114柴油机上分别作了补气和不补气对柴油机性能影响的试验,并探讨了影响补气效果的因素。试验证明,这是一种比较经济而有效的方案。
In rapid acceleration,because of effects of the lag of a turbocharger,the inertial of machinery and gas,the inlet air flow of a diesel engine is insufficient and then exhaust smoke increases quickly. In order to reduce the exhaust smoke of a diesel engine,the compressed air system of a bus is utilized to inject additional air into the compressor for acceleration. The program of additional air injection in a bus is discussed. The test is conducted on the D6114 diesel engine to study the effects of additional air injection on the acceletation performance, and the factors, which influence the additional air injection,are discussed. It is proved by tests that the additional air injection is an economical and efficient method to reduce the diesel engine exhaust smoke.
