摘要
本文系统地介绍了柴油乳化燃料的配制设备、方法及其稳定性影响因素,其中阐明了除使用合适的乳化设备外,应用恰当的乳化方法,如混合膜生成法也可得到性能比较稳定的乳化燃料;利用配比合适的Span80和Tween80混合乳化剂可在油-水界面上形成络合物,使乳化液更趋稳定;乳化液两相密度差也是影响其稳定性的重要因素之一。文章最后对柴油乳化燃料的应用作了分类总结,指出柴油-甲醇(乙醇)-水复合乳化燃料和植物油燃料是代用燃料的今后发展趋势。
In a systeinatic way, presentation is given of emulsion facilities and processes available for preparation of dieseloil emulsified fuel, and discussion is made on various factors that can affect the stability of the etnulsion fuel. Based onexperiment, it is illuminated that apart from desirable emulsifying installations for use, applying a certain proper emulsionmethod, e.g. the synthetic vellum complex way, can provide an emulsion fuel with stable performance, using the emulsioncompound formed by Span 80 and Tween 80 with an appropriate mixing proportion, which can create a comp1ex compoundon oil-water interface, would enable the emulsioll to be more stable, and the difference in density of two emulsion compo-nents is also an important factor of influence over emulsion's stability. Finally, application of classified diesel oil emulsi-fied fuels is summarized, indicating that alloyed diesel oil-methanol (ethanl)-water emulsified fuel and vegetable oil fuelrepresent the trend in future development of alterative fuels.
