摘要
介绍了如何评估气缸盖螺栓强度。其中的计算都基于四气门柴油机已有的设计。通过计算分析,螺栓的疲劳应力稍偏高。考虑到提高螺栓的强度等级已无潜力,因此确定了较粗螺栓（M14）的设计方案。
This paper introduce how to evaluate the strength of cylinder head blot. All the calculations are based on an existing design of 4 valve diesel engine. By analysis, bolt fatigue stress is marginally high. Since it's impossible to improve material strength grade any more, a thick blot (M14) design was put forward.
