摘要
采用非线性连续损伤力学模型对 6 0 0MW汽轮机高压转子在典型冷启动工况下的蠕变寿命进行了预测 ,并同当前普遍使用的累积损伤理论进行比较 ,指出了累积损伤理论存在的问题。分析结果表明 。
In this paper, a nonlinear Continuum Damage Mechanics model is employed to analyze the creep life of 600MW turbine rotor of under typical start operation, the results are then compared with those from present linear damage cumulating theory. The results prove that Continuum Damage Mechanics model can describe the accumulation and development of damage more accurately.
