摘要
介绍RCM理论的基本观点 ,在发电厂实施RCM的基本工作流程 ,以及为确定维修项目和维修工作类型而采用的功能、故障模式、故障后果分析的基本方法。提出对汽轮机及其辅助系统进行设备初步划分的原则 ,并给出分系统级设备划分的示例 ;提出利用可用性。
The viewpoint of RCM theory has been introduced, with the basic procedure to implement RCM in power plant being summarized. FFMEA(function, failure mode, failure effect analysis),the method which is used to determine the reasonable maintenance item and its type in RCM theory also has been generalized. The principle to divide steam turbine and its assisting equipment & systems has been put forward. At the same time an example has been given to demonstrate the principle. The method using availability, risk analysis model to classify the maintenance requirement of equipment has been proposed.
