摘要
研究褐藻多糖硫酸酯对实验性出血、血栓形成及血小板聚集的影响 ;比较褐藻多糖硫酸酯给药后动物实验性出血时间及出血量的变化 ,比较褐藻多糖硫酸酯给药后动物实验性动、静脉血栓形成的变化 ,血小板聚集仪测定褐藻多糖硫酸酯对AA、ADP、CaCl2 、凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集的影响 ;褐藻多糖硫酸酯能够延长动物实验性出血时间并增加出血量 ,能够抑制动物实验性动、静脉血栓的形成 ,能够抑制体外诱导的血小板聚集 ;褐藻多糖硫酸酯对血栓形成具有抑制作用 ,该作用可能与抑制血小板聚集有关。
The effects of FPS on experimental hemorrhage, thrombus formation and platelet aggregation were studied. The bleeding time and capacity were compared after ip FPS We also compared the change of experimental thrombosis and venous thrombosis after iv FPS We used instrument to measure the effects of FPS on platelet aggregation induced by AA,ADP,CaCl\-2 and thrombin The results showed thatFPS could prolong hemorrhage time and increase bleeding capacity It could inhibit experimental thrombosis and venous thrombosis It also could inhibit the platelet aggregation.
