In accordance with the actual conditions of private colleges and by studying General Secretary Jiang Zemin's important speech on \!the Three Represents', San Da College of Shanghai, the first private college even established in Shanghai, adheres to the principle of being honest to the society, winning the trust of the society by earnest administration and repaying the society with high quality. It ties by all means to usher the thought of \!the Three Represents' into classrooms, teaching materials and students' heads, and to turn itself into a base for practice and the ideological front for \!the Three Represents' in order to promote its teaching reform and development.
