Stabilizing Teaching Order and Improving Teaching Quality

针对高职高专教育在扩招形势下如何稳定教学秩序、提高教学质量这一问题,结合我校实际,在教学管理工作中提出了“建立一种思想、树立四种意识、发扬两种精神、形成八字作风”的基本要求。对高职高专院校的教学管理有一定的参考、借鉴价值。

In this artcle, the authors expound how to stabilize teaching order and how to improve teaching quality in professional higher education during the period of enlarging the scale of enrolling new students. They put forward the basic requirements of establishing one thought, setting up four consciousness, developing two kinds of spirit and forming eight-word styles in the teaching management in terms of the situations in our university. It is significant to the teaching management in professional and vocational universities.
