对当前我国就业状况的分析与思考

Analysis and Thinking on the Current Employment Situation in Our Country

马克思当年根据资本利润率下降和工资上升趋势以及资本主义的失业规律,提出了资本主义必然灭亡的论断。然而,资本主义国家通过发展中小型企业,较大幅度地吸纳了剩余劳动力,减轻了就业压力,使资本主义制度得以延续下去。目前,我国的就业形势非常严峻,借鉴西方国家经验,大力发展中小企业,以此解决我国的就业问题,应该是一条可取的途径。

According to the tendency of decreasing average profit rate and increasing wages, as well as the law of capitalist unemployment, Marx deduced that the capitalist system will be sure to die out; however, by developing medium and small-sized enterprises, capitalist countries absorbed surplus labour forces on a large scale, thus, the pressure of employment is lessened, and the capitalist system could continue on its way. At present, the situation of employment in our country is very serious, in order to solve the employment problem in our country, it is advisable to refer to the successful experiences of western countries and work hard to develop medium and small-sized enterprises.
