财政政策是一国政府进行宏观经济调控的重要政策工具,20世纪90年代以来,我国宏观经济出现过通货膨胀的通货紧缩,我国政府有效地运用财政政策等宏观经济政策调控经济,取得了一定的成效。

Financial Policy is one of the most important policy tools for one government control on macro-economy. Since the 1990s, our country has experienced the inflation and deflation, however, the government has made cert ain effective achievement of the control on the economy by the application of some macro-economic policies such as the fincial policy, etc.
