摘要 采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了含Zn、Ni、Co的铁酸盐纳米微粒催化剂 ,运用DTA -TG、IR、XRD以及BET比表面测试等手段对所制备的样品进行了表征 .同时 ,考察了铁酸盐对二氧化碳选择性氧化乙苯制苯乙烯的催化性能 .结果表明 :制备的铁酸盐均为尖晶石型晶体 ,粒子的比表面积为 31.9~ 36 .3m2 /g ,晶粒大小约为 30~ 35nm . The spinel ferrite ultrafine particle catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by DTA-TG, IR, XRD and BET surface area measurement methods. The catalytic activity of oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene with carbon dioxide over the ferrite uitrafine particles was investigated. The results show that pure phase MFe 2O 4(M=Zn,Ni,Co) uitrafine particles can be obtained when calcining for two hours at 773 K with the ratio of substance Fe 3+ to M 2+ (n Fe 3+ ∶n M 2+ ) being 2∶1. The BET surface area of the ferrites is 32.3~36.3 m 2·g -1 , and the size is 30~35 nm . The spinel ferrites samples had high activity for the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene.
