摘要
以 1,2 ,4-苯三甲酰氯 (TMAC)、对苯二甲酰氯 (TPC)和二苯醚 (DPE)为单体 ,通过亲电缩聚反应合成了系列含羧基侧基的聚芳醚酮酮共聚物 ,并用IR、DSC、WAXD等方法对其进行了分析表征 .结果表明 :TMAC摩尔含量小于 30 %时可制得结晶聚合物 .随着主链中TMAC含量的增加 ,共聚物的Tg、Tm、结晶度逐渐下降 。
A series of novel poly (aryl ether ketone ketone ) containing carboxy on side chain was synthesized from TMAC, TPC and DPE by friedel-crafts electrophilic polymerization in a catalyst /solvent system of aluminium chloride /1,2-dichloro ethane and NMP.The prepared copolymers were characterized by IR,X-Ray,DSC,etc.The results show that the copolymers are made when the TMAC content was below 30%.The copolymers exhibit better heat-resistance .The T g,T m and crystallinity of copolymers decrease with TMAC content increasing.The copolymers still have excellent solvent-resistance.
