摘要
研究了青葙种子脂肪含量及脂肪酸的组成 ,结果表明其脂肪的含量为 12 .36 % ,油脂中含有 8种脂肪酸 ,其中油酸的含量最高 ,占 37.48% ,亚油酸次之 ,占 34 .0 3% ,再次为棕榈酸 ,占 2 3.30 % .不饱和脂肪酸占总脂肪酸含量的 74.6 3% ,饱和脂肪酸占 2 5 .37% ,SFA∶MUFA∶PUFA为 1∶1.49∶1.45 .该研究为其药用功能提供了一些理论依据 ,同时为青葙种子的进一步综合利用开发提供了科学依据 .
The fatty and fatty acid composition of seed of Celosia argentea L. have been studied. The result shows that the content of fatty is 12.36% and it contains eight kinds of fatty acid, in which the content of oleic acid is the highest, about 37.48%, the second is linoleic acid, about 34.03%, the third is palmitic acid, about 23.30%. The content of USFA and SFA are 74.62% and 25.37%. The ratio of SFA∶MUFA∶PUFA is 1∶1.49∶1.45. The research gives some scientific basis for its medical function and further development.
