从经济结构与基础设施的关系看江西经济发展的潜力

On the Development Potential of the Economy in Jiangxi Province in the Light of the Relationship between the Economy and the Infrastructure

通过对江西省 1990～ 1999年统计数据分析 ,并结合对邻省湖南、广东的相关数据的比较 ,得出江西省旧有经济结构已成为基础设施“瓶颈”基本消除后制约江西经济进一步发展的主要因素 ,其具体表现为 :(1)运输邮电业对GDP的拉动效应从 1990～ 1999年迅速递减 ,1996年以后运输邮电业指数与GDP指数呈明显负相关 ,运输邮电基础设施的大发展没有带动相应的GDP增长 ;(2 )固定资产投资对GDP的拉动指数从 1990～ 1993年迅速递减后一直徘徊在 4左右 ,使基础设施能力的发挥受到限制 ,也影响了对外来投资的吸引力 .江西省经济今后的发展有赖于经济结构的调整 。

The structure of the economy in Jiangxi was proved to have become one of the main factors constraining the further development of Jiangxi's economy after the disappearance of its infrastructure 'bottle neck', which is concluded by examining the statistics in the past ten years (1990～1999) and comparing the relating data of its neighboring provinces (Guangdong and Hunan). Its main performance include: (1) The driving effect of the tranportation and telecommunication to GDP was decreasing sharply from 1990 to 1999 and there was an obvious negative relationship between the tranportation and telecommunication industry production index and the GDP index after 1996; the great development of the infrastructure of tranportation and telecommunication failed to bring the corresponding increase of GDP ; (2) The driving index of the investment in fixed assets to GDP was waving around 4 after a sharp decrease between 1990 and 1993 ,which limited the performance of the infrastructure capacity in Jiangxi and hence affected its attraction to foreign investment. The future of Jiangxi's economy will rely on the adjustment of its economic structure, so as to make full use of its infrastructure capacity and drive its economy growing.
