以Fenton反应系统作为羟自由基 (·OH)源 ,以二甲亚矾为探针 ,用分光光度计法测定并比较了四种抗氧化剂———维生素C(Vc)、dl-α -生育酚、l-还原型谷胱甘肽 (l -GSH)、l-半胱氨酸 (l -Cys)

The scavenging effects of hydroxyl radicals ,which were produced by Fenton reaction ,by 4 kinds of antioxidants were assayed in vitro by colorimetry with dimethyl sulfoxide as a probe .These antioxidants included vitamin C(Vc),dl-α-topopherol ,l-GSH and l-cystein.
