摘要 一氧化氮 (NO)作为神经递质或调质已经确定。一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性在大鼠不同脑区的定位是本文研究的重点。采用 NADPHd酶组织化学方法 ,对大鼠海马、脑干内 NOS的活性进行观察。结果显示 :海马 (CA1 ~ CA3区 ) NOS为阳性 (+)、其中 CA2 为强阳性 ( ) ;非脑神经核 (红核、黑质 )为中等阳性 ( ) ;而脑神经核 (动眼神经核、动眼神经副核、面神经核、展神经核 ) NOS为阳性 (+) ;脑桥网状结构为阳性 (+) ;缝核群为阳性 (+) ;第三脑室和第四脑室脉络丛为阳性 (+)。 Nitric oxide has been confirmed as neurotransmitter or modulator. This paper mainly studied the activities of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in different areas of rat brain. The activities of nitric oxide synthase in the rat hippocampus and brain stem were histochemically examined with NADPH diaphorase. The results showed that NOS positive neurons were present in the hippocampus (CA 1~CA 3) in which NOS strong positive neurons were in CA 2; NOS medium positive nucleus in the nuclei nervorum non cranialium (red nucleus、 substantia nigra); NOS positive neurons in the nuclei nervorum cranialium (oculomotor、 accessory oculomotor nucleus, facial nucleus, abducens nucleus); NOS positive nucleus in the pons reticular formation; NOS positive nucleus in the raphe nucleus and in the plexus chorioideus ventriculi quartic and plexus chorioideus ventriculi tertii.
